4. Entry Fees and Payments
Entry fees are due upon confirmation of registration unless otherwise specified. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation policy communicated at the time of registration. TFI reserves the right to modify entry fees for future events with reasonable notice.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
If TFI cancels an event due to weather, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide a credit toward a future event. Refunds, if issued, will be processed within 14 business days. Teams that withdraw after confirmation may forfeit their entry fee. Please contact us as early as possible if your team cannot attend.
6. Assumption of Risk and Release
Participation in fastpitch softball events involves inherent risks of physical injury. By registering for a TFI event, coaches, participants, and their parents or guardians acknowledge these risks and agree that TFI, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Code of Conduct
All participants, coaches, parents, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves with sportsmanship and respect. TFI reserves the right to remove any individual from an event for unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, or violation of event rules without refund. Decisions by TFI officials regarding conduct are final.
8. Photography and Media
By attending or participating in a TFI event, you grant TFI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use photographs, videos, and other media captured at the event for promotional and marketing purposes, including on our website and social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a TFI representative at the event.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of TFI Tournaments or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
